Graham, the founder, is a total conman. It's a wonder that he can convince anyone to work with him. Then again two of the team are his mum and sister. He's desperate to take clients' money and then couldn't care less about providing an adequate service. Even when the court orders him to pay money back, when he's found to be in the wrong, he defaults on it. I had to get out to avoid it reflecting on me too
