After 4 days of training and 3 days on the phone they laid off 85% of the training class for “underperformance” They were dishonest in job interview The leads they give you are worst than cold leads because these people expressed interest in Solar within the past ten years, meaning they all had solar for years already. But you will be blamed Too many rules for no benefits or job security The main honcho Gabe openly asked to sing whatever he wants to get his results They wasted everyone’s time when they could have been interviewing for other jobs. They are a joke. And honestly, you have to be out terrible people to operate a “company” in this way. And as someone who’s been in sales and solar, I can tell you no one actually knew what they were doing. I have never seen anything like this and they will not make it as a company
