      Worst culture and workplace in ANZ/APJ - AVOID

      Great & solid technology but comes in the worst workplace and culture. Avoid working there.

      I worked here for few years to just see revolving door broken business with no strategy. Nutanix Australia has significant opportunity loss due to a poorly managed business run by Narcissist incompetent senior management in ANZ/APJ (so-called themselves leaders) who does not take any responsibility/accountability for their failures, failing everyone, rather continues to blame/burn its own good talent under them. Incapable management team calling themselves leaders, they have no clue about what's happening on the field. No planning, no strategy, constantly breaking promises and ruining the culture. What they are good at is how they are professionally destroying Nutanix reputation in ANZ/APJ market. Hard to believe a NASDAQ-listed company keeps these incompetent and weak managers in place.

With our transition to a subscription-based organization well underway, it was important for us to review our business processes and structure to set us up for future success. As a result, some employees chose to opt-out of this journey of transformation. We are sorry we weren’t able to take them on this journey with us.       Hero to Zero

      Great architecture, good pay and a great story to share with customers.

      Nutanix (ANZ) was such a good place to work - I would wake up feeling I had the best job in the world. We had culture, friends and were really motivated to succeed. This sadly changed dramatically 18 months ago. There were bad hires in the ANZ leadership team caused mass attrition in the greater sales team. This in turn caused desperate and rapid hiring of more staff not suited to the role. After the destruction we were left with a leadership team that was unable to: communicate motivate manage lead staff help The leadership continued to just hire friends into roles of power, completely ignoring internal promotions of deserving, long standing employees. Reducing moral and further destroying whatever culture was left. May 2021, there was a mass redundancy. Many good, long standing employees were given the boot. There was no loyalty, empathy or understanding - just a cull of the numbers. For whatever reason, they leadership were untouched, leaving an extremely thick, pointless heirachy of managers who essentially have no one to manage. It's such a shame that something so great, can go downhill so far in a short space of time.

      Bad Culture, terrible sale and regional management. BUYER BEWARE.

      Pros

      Technology really is good. Former CEO is actually an inspiring person.

      Cons

      The worst work culture I have ever seen. Despite all the surveys stating the problems of the leadership, communication and culture. The business continues on the same path of self-destruction. One sale leader was bought in and oversaw 80%+ attrition, he was then promoted. Attrition of the ANZ field sales would be almost approaching 75%+ in the last 12 months. Buyer beware.
