      Pros

      As it was a fairly new startup, there was a lot of openness in hearing the employees and having conversations with the CEO. There was also a lot of planning for the future within the company, so if you were considering moving to another role there was the possibility to do so.

      Cons

      People who had only tech experience, or finance experience, were making decisions, without fully understanding the complexities of cross-border trade, especially on the Mexican side entails.
