If I had to name something to improve, it would be speeding up a few internal approvals-sometimes it takes longer than necessary.
As a Product Manager, I really value the strong product discussions and the fact that decisions are based on logic and data rather than ego. There’s a real sense of ownership, and the team is open to experimentation and iteration, which creates a healthy and forward-thinking product environment.
