Pros
+Incredibly smart and humble team across the board, from the ICs up to the executive team +Customers LOVE the product +Lots of cross functional collaboration and support
Cons
+/-still filling out the team so everyone wears multiple hats. I don't view this as a negative (i.e. Series A startup business as usual) but people should be self-aware before starting on to be sure that they're the type of person that thrives in a gritty startup environment.
