Business outlook
Pros
Fair monetary compensation; IF offered a salaried position. Traveling expenses covered by company. Materials provided by company. Owner was a Field Technician so he understands how much time it takes to do the work at times. Co-workers are competent and generally professional.
Cons
Benefits are relatively poor, and can be taken away if the company isn't doing well. No relevant employee handbook or definite policy; no HR. Company has seemingly been stagnant since its inception; no opportunity for growth. There appears to be a high turn-over rate. Management speaks negatively (and sometimes positively) about employees that are not present. Owner can be exceedingly condescending and disrespectful.
