Pros

Not many pros. Only thing that comes to mind is being close to Belmar.

Cons

The list goes on and on - There is virtually no room to grow unless you have already been at the company for 20+ years and are a senior citizen. Absolutely no career growth here. -Pay is terrible. The “increase” we receive every year is embarrassing, yet management expects amazing work year round. -The management aka “leadership” if you can even call it that is even more embarrassing than the pay. They attempt to bully everyone, and are male centered. If you’re a male, you may do well here. If you’re a woman, AVOID. -Took our ONE remote day away however certain people are able to work from home? Makes no sense. -Holiday party is at I-Play America every year (embarrassing once again). If you choose not to go, you must use a day of PTO.

Pros

Close to Belmar and Asbury Park

Cons

Micromanaged. No one but the CEO has authority for any decision, even the smallest. Everyone stabs each other in the back to avoid being on the CEO’s bad side and getting publicly humiliated with the often used “red email”. Don’t expect to get ahead in any really manner if you are a female. Your only role is to make the company appear inclusive when they talk to customers. Worst place to work

Pros

Great benefits package, good environment

Cons

Hypocritical work from home policy, the same day they made all standard employees come in office, they hired a new director as a hybrid position
