Did have an excellent loyal, multi-cutural, skilled, and trustworthy workforce. Did have a fair Market share and customer alliance in partnership. plan to change its financial structure
Cons
Global persistent demand weakness in key markets and industry overcapacity. lack of investment in legacy equipment based on EOL Furnaces. lack of workforce development and poor utilization of standardized work from MFG Excellence. Too much investment in interns and not having the investment in retaining skilled existing experienced workforce.
