Really liked my team and most of the coworkers at the office. Office is cute. Benefits were good.

I’m not sure why all these reviews are good. The review below on problematic leadership was very well thought out and accurate. Couldn’t have said it better myself. Leadership lacks women, and doesn’t appreciate opposing opinions. I watched my whole team, including myself, get quickly removed from our positions as we spoke up on any internal issues. So much as the smallest resistance on their slimy click bait misogynistic marketing and you’ll surely end up out the door. There’s a big facade going on within this company. Unfortunately some of them are collecting their checks and drinking the cool-aid. Went into a “female-founded” company (it’s really not) excited to work as a female with other females for females and it’s was quickly quite the opposite.
