Cons
1. Very bad cultures by Korean staffs (aggressive and childish). 2. Korean come to work in drunk condition (sometimes). 3. Local managers have no authority and cannot protect their potential staffs. 4. Bad management system. 5. Too many managers in one department 6. Food is sucks (not fresh) 7. Bad increment/incentive/promotion 8. Low safety awareness 9. Korean only care about their members 10. Very bad plant condition in some areas (high risk and dangerous for staffs). 11. No proper training for new employees 12. No proper rest area for field staffs 13. Poor facilities in CCR (sharing old laptops, broken chairs, no proper cubical for engineer & etc) 14. Employee is force to come for OT 15. Very bad welfare 16. No proper planning in terms of everything by top management. 17. Old school 18. Only toilet tissue available for staffs
