- micro-management - lack of innovative - no transparency - poor communication - poor team work - inflexibility - favouritism over capability - poor organisation setup - silo work style When highlighted the issues such as the disputes between 2 teams, the management just leave it as it is and no effort trying to correct the situation. sweeping everything under the carpet trying to hide from blowup.
