      There are no leaders, just middle management who doesn't listen

      -Good Pay -Vacation Time -(Almost) Every Other Friday off

      Cons

      -Horrible work culture -Complaining about the CEO's cronies will get you fired even if said cronies are the ones being openly problematic or threatening peoples jobs. -CEO has said verbatim "I am not interested in making games, I am interested in running a company" -Management overall needs improvement -Overall Morale for the teams are incredibly low -Constant pressure and release dates -Overall not a great place to work if you don't fall in to the "Yes Man" category of employees

      - Decent Work-to-Life Balance - Decent Pay for the industry

      Cons

      - Continued to Hire/Promote people into roles they have no experience in based on personal connections - Clear Discrimination was happening but couldn't be 'dealt' with because it was at Exec to C level directed down - Gaslighting around project asks and no accountability even when there is clear proof and documentation - Created a 'Non-Industry Devs' versus 'Game Industry Pros' environment by encouraging worst practices and behaviors.
