It has been more than 10 years the company has started but yet it is still a START UP even not close to the basic ethics of business organisation.
Trust me, If you have worked with an reputed company this is not a place where you could fit in. Your hard work will always be ignored by the director. If you come up with new ideas and suggestion to implement in the sake of the company's productivity and growth, they will never ever consider your ideas.
Some of the cons I have figured out in my tenure:
*No induction on joining.
*No training.
*Bad infrastructure.
*Poor work culture.
*No value of hard work, sincerity and loyalty.
*Irresponsible leadership.
*Lot of politics running by the director.
* Favoritism.
*Stinking toilets.
*No motivation.
*Nothing new to learn except office politics.
*Using outdated technology and buggy tools instead of adopting new technology which caused lot of issues and complaints from the client.
*No tools available to monitor the performance of employees. Still using the manual report system with no track. Can we expect this from an IT company who pretend to be no 1 in technology ?
*No career growth (Have seen people resigning as a trainee or same designation after working 4-5 years).
*The company indirectly forces employees to write good about it and any new launched services and products to gain the brand value. so whatever positive feedback related to job or work culture and also promotional videos you find online are absolutely based on indirect force applied.
They always make fake promise to the employees which they never fulfill and eventually you felt cheated.
