Communication could be better across departments.

Some days could be very quiet

There are too many to list. OKA of Westport doesn't really value their employees but you don't really see that until you work for them. The job comes with constant stress and OKA of Westport is SEVERELY understaffed. I applied to be a stockroom manager but it was really a stockroom lead position. They started off with dishonesty. I had no employees working under me. I had to receive massive shipments in the morning by myself and wasn't allowed to come in early enough to complete my tasks. I was hired to make the store prosper but instead, I felt like I wasn't allowed to do my job. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to work.

It is extremely busy and fast paced environment

Lots of changes all the time to the structure

The job was more operations then visual merchandising and if that was the case it was just more maintaining what the merchandising team did, then really adding any input.

The set targets are unrealistic. Bonus never really happens
