Salary package, contract and free lancer roles for short gigs.

Cons

Pretty much left by yourself to figure out the inner workings and client. No support from team and management to help you grow. Office politics.

Great money. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Messy and disorganised, confused tasks and titles. Minor roles but had worked for long terms like to take over the main manager's position with incompetencies and bully behavior.
