It would be a really great business if they would be completely honest with the customers & had a lot more empathy towards everyone involved
Cons
They were lying the the customers & making the pay more then they had to. There were not base pay at all, If you didn't get an account you didn't get paid.

60+ hours a week with an inconsistent pay structure and poor communication. Be prepared for long hours sitting in a big box store with minimal compensation and no family life.
