Pros

I had bad experience with oncall with rude staff I don’t have any pros to share

Cons

Treat support workers equally like first in first served stop favouritism . Inform support workers into what kinda support is expected of them etc instead of sending them blindly . Most of the staff in allocation team are rude and not do not know the proper to communicate with people .

The only thing keeping lots of people there are the coworkers you trauma bond with

Everything you could think of. Offensive salary, no direction, extremely toxic culture, corrupt top-level management, and the clients are put last in decision-making.
