We do take staff feedback very seriously and have recently conducted an all-staff survey to obtain a comprehensive understanding of staff views, which is in addition to our ongoing staff forums where staff can share concerns directly with our senior team (anonymously if they wish). The impacts of COVID in 2020 did mean that some programs needed to be put on hold, including our training program, however this will be back on for this year. Our formal professional development is available for permanent staff - perhaps you have been a casual with us? It is very unusual for permanent staff not to be promoted at ORIMA for the duration you stipulated. We do hope you raise your concerns about career progression with your manager so we can get you back on track.

In terms of data analytics, we are always looking for ways to bring our methodologies and tools up to date, in line with best practice and emerging technologies.
