Major Trust Issues, Cruel Disciplinary Actions, Deaf to Employee Input, Poor Planning
Pros
Progressive (but only on the surface) regarding diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity. Some great people. Interesting product with potentially positive contract award horizon.
Cons
Mistrust permeates every major decision. Deaf to employee Input i.e. Not really listening resulting in some illogical policies. Disciplinary actions that make you choose between health and work supported at highest level of the company <<< this is a huge red flag. Poor planning. Some Managers with no people skills, sensitive egos, and no humanity govern teams with a serve above edict below 1950s - 1960s style. <<< another red flag. Mindless KPIs rarely commented on or meaningful generated in dreary routine even if no longer required are killing employee interest, involvement, and inspiration. Some functional groups grossly misplaced in wrong organizational structure.
