Poor management. The CEO has zero knowledge about handling a business firm. Without giving any training, they would expect you to an expert in everything. Your job role is not limited they will ask to handle any kind of problem, doesn't matter if it falls under your profile.

-Salary as low as 2k. They treat people like pigs. 51 Indian rupees bonus they are running a worst organization. They want things to be pixel perfect but nothing they do to support hard working employees. Hr comes to you and make you write pros for this company. "We will give you salary on 7th" they don't even care about your pending bills. They even cut salary from the so called 2k that you are getting if you are late by 30 mins. I request people applying here should take any employee out for a talk and they will tell you the truth. Community biased people. If you belong to the community of the founder they will take care of you if not you can go to hell. - electricity goes down for most of the time. They will tell you its your fault if you don't complete your work. - no snacks no tea. If you go out they will note it down and hunt you. - they will make your video testimonial to make a proof to others that this is the best organization. Everything is fake. - Internet is always down again its employees problem to get the work done. - you have to take your slipper outside. If they worship there god so well? Why can't they worship there hard working employee? Its because you are here we are here both needs each other. Of you treat us bad you will not going anywhere up in the future. - one employee left. They told him they will give experience certificate 2 months later. He came down they shut his mouth with their filthy replies. If you come here you will loose this as well. - if their client comes in they take employee's chair and tell us to work in varandas. - i have left the organization but many like are stuck there. They tell me everyday pain they feel but they can't do anything about it. Shame on you founders. - they will let you code iOS apps on hacked PCs NOT McIntosh but HACKintosh - they put down salary of ios developer just befause of their dirty app release ideas on appstore got rejected once. They told him to fix that or go away without salary.
