No Accountability, broken promises, narcissism, no true transparency

Watched 15 employees get fired before my departure, worst turnover rate I have ever seen. Any disagreement with the owner is instant termination. They will also make you work countless hours at a kiosk sourcing leads for other salesman. they promise to pay you for those hours, but then don't, under the pretense of "well actually, you're a commission only salesman". Don't forget about the fraud they commit with their vendors. More than 90% of their sales come from Costco, but Costco only allows vendors that produce around 40% of sales with leads from them, so what does Oasis do? Inflates their numbers to over 2x actual sales numbers in hopes of staying inside Costco, lying to their face. Same goes with customers, where they tell you Costco charges you over $500 sales tax on a unit, but Costco actually does not charge you tax at all, they only profit from their 12% taken from the system price, leaving the customer paying much more, and the salesman, who don't know about this, receive much less than their value. Whether you're applying to Market or Sell for these guys, save yourself the trouble and don't. You'll just be miserable, and you'll get cheated by Paul Ortega.
