Pros
I worked there through the toughest time which was the pandemic. I was still given the resources needed to succeed and make the best out of a bad situation. They also offer great incentives & a great culture. - Table tennis, playstation, prize wheel, Friday drinks etc.
Cons
The Directors work so hard (Including some weekends) and set the bar so high, no matter how hard I worked I felt like I was never putting in enough effort! Although they did recognise my hard work.
