      Good people Medical and social insurance Transportation Free monthly gifts

      Cons

      Low salaries Rotational shifts which is unhealthy on the long run Management have it harsh on the maintenance in every corner No management structure made for the maintenance department (issue with the management of company)

      Very friendly and safe environment. Excellent learning environment.

      Cons

      A closed environment that isn't multicultural. Salaries are sometimes significantly lower than the market and remain unchanged for a long time. A very good environment for learning and gaining experience, but not for the long term.
