There are executive team members with little experience that have driven the company into the ground focussing on their own egos rather than the well being of the business.
The mass redundancies that have started are a result of mismanagement of finances (spending like the money train will never end), failing to maintain and uplift technology (a succession of CIO's that did not have technology experience), lack of understanding of customer (internal biases driving decisions), This is business 101 - know your markets and meet their needs.
There are many at Exec and GM level on fat pay checks that will be saved in the redundancies while the people that actually do the work will lose their jobs.
This has all been overseen by a Board that is negligent at best.
I question whether this company will be here in the next 5 years.
