      Pros

      -flex-time -great coworkers -dogs -decent benefits -overall good company direction and growth

      Cons

      -Management is a club: very close-knit and only those who are buddy-buddy with upper management will be successful in their position. - Shady HR: HR will publicly post on the employee wiki page specifics as to why you were fired for all your coworkers to see. Even if this doesn’t break some HRPA ethics rule, it sure does lower your decency as a human being.

      Free Lunches Decent Pay Lots of TVs hanging on walls Coffee Birthday Card Christmas Party

      HR is way too shady (the owner came into new ownership in 2017) Firing off original staff once new ownership got what they wanted out of them in terms of information and processes You get fired, they give their friends raises and hire more friends Lots of whispering from HR and a huge lack of transparency when asking a question on their anonymous internal question page

      There are some decent people who work there. However most good people end up leaving within months of being hired.

      Cons

      A very toxic environment. It's like being in the twilight zone. Owner and "group of friends" are running the place into the ground. For a health and safety company they have some serious issues. -Company is run by "friends" - no matter how bad these people are at their jobs they get away with everything -Try to speak up and you get "black listed" you are now the negative one with the problem -If you have values, morals, ambition they will truly die here -If you are looking for a place to grow and be happy - not the place, look elsewhere
