Company does much needed work, program managers are great...above that not so much!

Cons

CEO was the worse, favoritism and nepotism runs ramped, the Board of Directors weak. Senior management has been in place way too long, they need new blood. Way too much turn-over of staff. Resistant to change.

They offer internships so its a good way to start out and gain experience.

Cons

In my opinion, the IT department was experiencing significant challenges related to leadership and accountability. A lack of consistent presence and follow-through from management contributed to ongoing operational issues. In addition, one team member’s consistently disruptive behavior has further affected team dynamics. As a result, the overall work environment has become unsupportive and counterproductive, making it difficult to maintain a healthy, collaborative, and efficient team culture.
