None, not worth your time, look for a better company.
Cons
No career progression, no annual pay rises, no communications between certain departments, management are a disgrace, processes are not documented correctly, support, monitoring plus out of hours is unbelievable. Too much work, not enoug resources, underpaid and not appreciated.
