Pros
1. Pay is good, depends on your negotiation skills 2. Automated HR processes, easy access to payslips, tax docs, appointment letter, experience letter etc. You won't need to connect with HR and Finance team so frequently unlike other firms. 3. Pay on 30th-31st of each month without fail 4. Spends good amount of money on Annual Outings
Cons
Pls understand I've put 25-30 mins to write this review, it's true to the core of my heart, read every detail mindfully. 1. Indian HRs are really nice, empaths and good natured, they actually care for you BUT - they can't do anything to help save you from bad global senior management, their hands are tied 2. People leave this firm frequently (coz of pt. 1) 3. Pathetic onboarding process for new joiners, you won't feel settled as nobody cares to give you a brief about your department/products you are supposed to work on. You have to reach out to people otherwise nobody gives a damn how comfortable are you. They would give you minimal to very less information to get the ball rolling. If you like to just take orders and work like their secretary, then only go ahead and join here. The management really would get disappointed in you if you use your brain and give ideas to improve existing processes or features - You are NOT HEARD in this firm. 4. Do not join here (saying with folded hands 🙏). Better to join where you will be appreciated for your talent and being proactive, they will kill everything good you have like your Sanity. 5. Too much micromanagement from managers, they even have the audacity to ask you to be visible ONLINE on Ms Teams and why have you taken lunch break when your manager is online. You should be ready to sync your timings according to your managers otherwise you will get an earful of humiliation. 6. Don't think to go and complain about your direct manager to the HRs, even if you'll give it in writing they would let you go but won't take a single action against the existing senior management. The culture is so spoiled. 7. If your direct manager is not cooperative, then be ready to pray to god everyday because in remote work they expect you to work like a Donkey and carry their heavy work pressure on your shoulders. 8. No proper communication - throughout the organization. Managers and all the senior management won't even have time to give requirements BUT will complaint about you not chasing them enough. You will be on your knees to beg for their time. 9. You'll never feel HEARD. Pls save yourself and your SANITY - Run from here 10. During interview and onboarding they give you so many high hopes, don't fall in their TRAP.
