Salary is quite decent compared to other companies of the sector and same location
Cons
They hire people telling them stories about their role and their work and once they start they realize everything was a lie. The management of the company has no idea how to run the company or any strategy to succeed. There are so many managers that they block each other giving different orders to the same person. The ambient at work is the worst I have ever seen and the way the board treats the workers is a shame, screams and insults is something you have to get used to.
