The company struggles with serious organizational and communication issues across multiple departments. Transportation is unreliable, with poorly coordinated bus schedules and frequent delays. There is also a clear lack of transparency regarding salary and commission details, leaving employees uncertain about their compensation.
The Human Resources department, in particular, is the weakest part of the organization. They are unresponsive, disorganized, and often unavailable to assist employees. Simple procedures take unnecessarily long due to poor coordination and internal miscommunication — I personally had to wait over six hours just to complete my resignation process. During my employment, I received no support or communication from HR, which reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.
Management practices are also problematic. Days off are frequently canceled for “business needs,” and at times we were required to work for two consecutive weeks with only one day off. The overall management style lacks structure, fairness, and basic leadership skills, which creates a stressful and demotivating work environment.
Additionally, the operational tools and resources were far from adequate — the leads were recycled, and the dialer system was inefficient, leading to wasted time and low productivity.
Despite these challenges, I must mention that my direct team leader was an exceptional person to work with. He was professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping his team grow. I learned a great deal under his supervision, and he truly deserves to be in a higher leadership position.
In summary: The company has potential but is held back by an unprofessional HR department, weak management, and poor operational organization.
