Pros

Good people in IT department.

Cons

Terribe promotion scheme, you have to wait to be promoted. Low skilled people are ranked higher just because they were sitting there for 10 years.

Pros

Hybrid working opportunities can sometimes resemble fully remote arrangements for a month or longer, offering enhanced flexibility for after-hours travel and better time management.

Cons

Avoid Odeabank If Your Want Healthy Work Place: - Management's Approach: Leadership practices include the use of mobbing tactics against team members, seemingly to suppress motivated and talented individuals from advancing. - Lack of Competence in Leadership: Management often lacks adequate knowledge about their department's functions and feels threatened when team members perform their roles effectively. - Inadequate Compensation: Salaries are notably low, leading to a high turnover rate as many employees resign weekly due to being underpaid. Additionally, no bonuses are provided at the end of the year. - Limited Growth Opportunities: There is little to no opportunity for professional growth. External training, even if self-sponsored and conducted outside working hours, is often discouraged or outright refused. - Poor Work-Life Balance: Employees are frequently required to work during lunch hours and beyond standard working hours without compensation. Even when no tasks are pending, they are forced to remain at their desks for extended periods until their manager leaves. - Unrealistic Workloads: Employees are expected to handle the responsibilities of 4-5 individuals, leading to burnout. When workload concerns are raised, management often responds with additional tasks and verbal harassment, undermining morale and competence. - Ineffective Handling of Workplace Issues: Reports of abuse and workplace misconduct are met with indifference. Employees are often advised to accept the situation, with no meaningful intervention or support provided. - Poor Office Conditions: Workplace amenities are minimal, with only water and Turkish coffee provided; no other beverages or food options are available. Although not always, ventilation can feel not working properly during winter.
