      I cannot think of any pros.

      For your legal rights you need to fight. In pandemic, they have show to the government that the employers as they cannot work to get government help, although we were working with ekstra shift. Our legal working days was not registered and our unemployment budget was spent to get the help from government. Besides of that, when you enter a meeting room lots of swearing always fighting. I was there for 2 years and no work was completed, which can be sold to the customers. Management was the worst management that I have ever seen. They do not know how to approach to the emplpyer how to evolve them and they have no clue about how to plan the work on the team.
