Pros
One of the most worst company in the world .CEO md. abdur razzak is one most brutal man in the world.If you want to spoil your career then you can join.
Cons
lack of infrastructure , worst machine condition , project condition is less , even don't pay salary, CEO Md.abdur razzak always told us that he have 7 years experience on android and 8 years experience on java at Accenture . But i have little bit confused , when he was born and when he completed his great b.tech degree also when he founded great company. Because he is 32 year old. He's English pronunciation is horrifying.I felt he don't even deserved as a sweeper at Accenture.

There is no pros. I worked at odex software in full time. i had leave this company in august.
Cons
Fake policy. The main problem there was no experienced employee. The company manager has nothing to do. He don't know what is software development. If you will join this company simple you will waste your time. you have to work there in your own laptop. They can't provide you machine.
