      No company direction - rebrand is just the start

      Pros

      Room to grow or move if you want to put in the work effort and play the politics game. They pay a fair wage.

      Cons

      The company doesn't offer its employees a clear view of where we are headed. (Check the website - we don't even have a mission statement). Renton does not equal Seattle or Bellevue. The company prioritizes savings over quality. This can be seen in the quality of employees, infrastructure, and IT. They are trying to turn this around, but it's a cultural thing. Lack of diversity. Sure... there are Russians, but that's where it stops.

      Pros

      Good place for growing from junior to middle: industrial approach for software development, competent and responsible colleagues, the HRs and, in most cases, management are well-wishing. Very good healthcare program. The company has promising technologies and opportunities for blastly expanding its business and coming to high life, if the management won't make any fatal mistakes.

      Cons

      After acquisition by IM Odin stands at the crossroads - on the one hand, the ideas and goals are shiny and promising, on the other hand - it's unclear how to achieve them, so strange management actions and common uncertainty can lead to people leaving and hopes ruining. The promotion track is unclear. You can sometimes find yourself spending months in struggling with legacy code and writing crutches. Lack of human resources. They claim to hire only "the best" but it's still unclear how employees get (or not get) into the company.
