Pros

The product itself is something very interesting.

Cons

The downsides are immense, the CEO surrounds herself with people who needs green cards to work, she is delusional and accusatory. She is detached from reality and burns bridges with clients and vendors. The CEO insist of hiding all aspects of the profit and loss sheet. She has been through 3 plant managers in one year. The long term prognosis for the company is not good, she is out of money, the turnover rate is extremely high, the product is not made well because of lack of engineering and unrealistic deadlines. The amount of law suits levied against her or climbing by the month. To top it off she insist on being involved in the engineering of the product even though she literally has no clue concerning how things are actually manufactured. She runs the business like she is playing business with zero clue how actual business is run.

Pros

One great employee who does everything.

Cons

Communication breakdowns between ceo and employees. Hired for one job and upon starting the job description changed requiring more of my time that I was clear in my interview that I could not give due to my family. Everyone hired as salary and expected to fit into company culture of working long hours, weekends and travel for little pay. Instead of addressing problems ceo will have minimal contact with you then terminate you. Training consisted of a day and a half discussion on what the company is about and very little hands on job training before you are expected to preform adequately with little guidance or information. Due to little training an employee is forced to ask questions to get anything done which is then treated negatively.

Pros

Paychecks arrived on time without issue.

Cons

Upper management operated with corrupt practices that drained morale and crushed progress. Their decisions led to agonizing demise of projects, leaving employees in chaos and uncertainty. Efforts to address glaring issues were ignored, and transparency was non-existent. It was like shouting into a void while watching everything crumble.
