The company and leadership is highly focused on short term gains to make sure it stays profitable, narrows the non-required spending but does not give the feeling of being cheap on employees. The company's leadership believes in its engineering team and provides a creative freedom to solve the problems it faces.
Cons
No pay-raises for the past 2 years. No long-term (5+ years) goals and no work to achieve any SOTA solutions. Move to 4 days from office was dropped on employees without any consultations.
