      A great company to work, sufferring through cashflow problems

      - Time at hand - portfolio building - commisions on projects you bring in - advantage of working from home

      Cons

      - delayed salaries (8/12 months) - reimbursements take more than a year - everytime runs on the founders command, a true lala company where company growth and investments is prioritized over employee salaries and peace of mind - no one sticks around because of these cashflow issues
