Nothing is good there except free water
Cons
dirty facility, old building, sales offices in basement, smells, run down hole in the wall place. no incentive to make more sales and can not compete long term on pricing. They have a 5 foot loading dock, small business running against big competition with no room for growth. big turnover here unhappy employees working for peanuts with no raises
