- very high employee turnover rate - unrealistic expectations for engineers - toxic work environment and company politics - archaic tech stack with a decade of unaddressed technical debt

Great work culture, good work-life balance, and stellar leadership filled with SaaS veterans. A great place to grow as an individual.
Cons
Base compensation could be more competitive, but the benefits are great. (Health, dental, 401k, vacation, stocks etc).
