Pros
There aren't many pros but that the staff is friendly and welcoming to the team of new employees, other than that the job is misleading with its title and descriptions.
Cons
Everything. The post will detail you being a "Brand Marketing Assistant" but really you're a sells person at a big-box retailer that will require you to drive more than 20 minutes to go to the location and they will pressure you to harass customers to switch to AT&T when customers are waking away or have said no. The "office" you will report to is to a single room in a corporate office park that will require you to practice hooks every morning even if you're on the schedule to work in the afternoons. They also will not pay you for your time once you decide the job is not for you. I walked out because I felt I was not meant for the position and I have yet to get paid for my training time. The pay being "$800-$1000" is a lie as its based on commission from sales and you're only granted $500 a week. This company is misleading and disrespectful towards peoples trust and time so please don't waste your time.
