      Pros

      Pro employee benefits. HR is easy to communicate. They are very caring to their employees.

      Cons

      If a client decides to cut-off ties, you are not safe to get a new client under O Team. However if given a chance or opening from other clients they have, you get to interview once more and perhaps get that position.

      -No unnecessary paper work unlike other bpo -No monitoring tools -Easy to file leave

      Cons

      -Will get laid off when no project assigned unlike other BPO that will just bench you

      - No micro management - Salary is never late - Completely work from home with option to come in to the office - Equipment provided - Emergency PSU provided in case of power outage - Gov't Mandated Benefits, HMO - Reasonable Work Hours - Night Differential - Separation Pay

      - You're basically powerless during the client's company restructuring
