Laid back. No issues with payouts, management, schedule and colleagues.
Cons
No actual cons I've seen so far, but the company is still growing and are working on a robust system, unlike other BPOs, each concern have their own department and teams to assist you. Here, you will talk to 3-4 admins that takes over all your working essential needs, all are very approachable and friendly! :)
