      No perfect, many issues, but overall a good place to work because people here are commitment and interested in the work, and work life balance is good

      Great culture, hard-working dedicated colleagues, but a very obvious dark cloud hanging over everybody's heads

      Pros

      Genuinely positive and warm culture Some extremely selfless and dedicated individuals working here, who clearly want to save the water industry with every fibre of their being. More flexibility than an average Civil Service role (WFH is mature, non-draconian and sensible, salaries are not subject to normal stringent CS structure)

      Cons

      Ofwat is being abolished soon and nobody yet knows what the future holds. Despite the platitudes from Leadership, absolutely nobody knows yet who or where or even if we'll be working in 2-3 years time
