Pros
Some colleagues are fun to be around The work itself is not too challenging
Cons
Incredibly toxic environment Not one single manager knows what they're doing Everyone micromanages, even if they're not part of your project/team Can't grow within the role but people also rarely get promoted They preach culture but don't even know what that is 90% of people barely speak proper English The office is crowded and colleagues leave their trash everywhere
