At first when the founder was the CEO is was a great place to work.
Cons
California start up with long hours, given less than 36 hours notice to travel across the country, poor management, changing directions daily, unprofessionalism from management and HR and favoritism galore. This is a really shady company. CEO is constantly threatening in his meetings about making goals and not having a job in 6 months to a year.
