Global Company with rich coffers, technically very sound, good match with other global FMCG

Cons

Technical knowledge remains with select few, no direction as leadership even at mid management level changes too often. Too many flavors of the month strategy. Will only play with Global Big customers, all local customers are put on the sideline. Career prospects are limited.
