Cons
The directors have decided to completely mix up the company. The Response Director (equivalent to c-suite in this organisation, nice try getting this removed) Andy Myers is a clueless yes man who sells out his own department. There are a lot of admin employees who do very little. Limited opportunities for progression. There is a rampant culture of sexual harassment and discrimination against women.
