literally none - family run shop masquerading as a company

no HR policy for employee management - the HR manager is a family member no tour or travel policy for travelling employees - i made the travel policy for international tour myself - the finance manager is also a family member no clear growth path or plan or vision . short terms opportunistic and risk aversion business plan - the business heads / directors are all gupta family members. management consists of inexperienced family members / fresh graduates out of colleges / are rude and frequently use abusive language . no scope for growth or promotions likely . direct interference in day to day jobs daily work done reviews by director - a family member the salary payout and structure is unclear. long work hours - Monday to saturday 9 am to 7 pm. no shortleaves or half days allowed cannot leave office premises between 9am to 7pm without handwritten note from director
