The job is very organized, personal life is always taken into consideration and it makes it easy for us to have a family and a career at the same time. Management trustes the team. I never had my boss always going after me trying to control what I do. Luis, the CEO, trustes his team mates and he is always willing to help at any moment. Actually, he felt like one more of us, not like a boss. I always have the feeling of "collaboration", not to be working for someone.
